Ways to Promote Healthy Eating

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to try something new!

Curriculum

Begin with a Simple Tasting Lesson or get in the kitchen with Cooking Lessons!

Cooking with Kids, Inc. actively uses this curriculum with more than 6,000 kids in Northern New Mexico. With that many kid taste-testers, you can be confident that our recipes have withstood the harshest of criticisms and won over some of the pickiest eaters. (Honestly, it’s the hands-on part that makes the difference—and there’s research to support that!)

These resources are included in the SNAP-Ed toolkit of evidence-based interventions that support healthy eating on a limited budget.
