Mango Fruit Salad

Enjoy with Indian lentils, carrot rice pilaf, and chapatis.

Serves 6 as a side dish

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 ripe mango peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 2 oranges peeled and cut into ¾-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp coconut unsweetened shredded or shaved
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir lightly. Serve immediately.
